Terms & Conditions — 360 Visualise Learn
Last updated: [DATE]
These terms apply to the purchase and use of online courses at learn.360v.co.uk ("the Platform"), operated by 360 Visualise Ltd, [registered address], company number [NUMBER] ("we", "us").
1. The service
We provide online training courses for dental professionals, including the Principles of CBCT — Level 1 Training Course. Each course includes learning modules, assessments, and, on successful completion, a verifiable enhanced CPD certificate.
2. Accounts
You must create an account to access a course. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the details you provide, including your name and GDC number, which appear on your certificate. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
3. Purchases and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling, inclusive and exclusive of VAT. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider, Stripe. Access to the course is granted once payment is confirmed.
4. Voucher access
Courses may be provided free of charge or at a discount via voucher codes, for example with the purchase of equipment from 360 Visualise. Vouchers are single-use, non-transferable unless stated, have no cash value, and may carry an expiry date.
5. Refunds and cancellation
You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. Because this is digital content, by starting the course you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once you have substantially accessed the content.
Our policy:
- Within 14 days, course not substantially accessed (no module quiz attempted): full refund on request to [support email].
- Within 14 days, course substantially accessed (one or more quizzes attempted or exam taken): no refund, as the service has been delivered.
- After 14 days: no refund.
- Vouchers have no cash value and are not refundable. If the Platform is at fault — for example a technical failure on our side prevents you completing a course you have paid for and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time — we will refund you in full.
6. Course access period
Course access is provided for [12 months] from purchase or voucher redemption. Certificates already issued remain valid and downloadable after access ends.
7. Assessment and certificates
Certificates are issued on passing the required assessments and completing the feedback form. Assessments have a pass mark of 80% with unlimited retakes. Certificates state your name and GDC number as entered on your account; check these are correct before completing the course. Certificate authenticity can be checked at the verification link printed on each certificate.
8. CPD status
Courses are designed to meet the GDC's enhanced CPD requirements, including stated aims, objectives, learning outcomes and quality assurance. It remains your responsibility to confirm a course's relevance to your personal development plan and to log your CPD with the GDC.
9. Professional scope
Course content is educational. It does not replace clinical judgement, your legal duties under IR(ME)R 2017 or other regulations, or the advice of a radiologist, medical physics expert or RPA where required. Level 1 training covers the dento-alveolar region; anything beyond your training or confidence should be referred for a specialist report.
10. Intellectual property
All course materials — videos, slides, images, text and assessments — are the property of 360 Visualise Ltd or its licensors. They are licensed to you for personal study only and must not be copied, shared, resold or used for training others.
11. Acceptable use
You must not share your account, attempt assessments on another person's behalf, circumvent access controls, or misuse the Platform. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms; certificates already properly earned remain valid.
12. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update course content to keep it accurate and current. If we permanently withdraw a course you have purchased before you complete it, clause 5's fault provision applies.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with a course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of business or profits.
14. Data protection
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy at [link].
15. General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
